RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Shwype.  If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to issue a return. 

Please note, Items purchased on the Jason Markk website can be returned to shwype.com for a refund. Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

RETURNS

Item(s) purchased from shwype.com must be returned in new, unopened, and unused condition in order to receive a refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery with a copy of the original invoice. The original purchase price, less shipping, will be credited to the original form of payment. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the items back.

Please contact Customer Service; (+234) 913 503 7348 or email info@shwype.com, in advance of your intentions to return a product or if you have any concerns so that we can assist you with a smooth transaction. Returns are usually processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we are unable to accept exchanges at the time. A new order will need to be placed with the unwanted item(s) returned for a refund. See RETURNS above for instructions on how merchandise can be returned.
