How many shoes can I clean with the Shwype Sneaker Cleaner?
One 100ml bottle of Shwype Cleaner cleans 10 - 15 shoes.

Is it safe?
Yes it is. This product does not contain any harsh chemicals or abrasives and is completely biodegradable.

Where can I use Shwype Sneaker Cleaner?
Shwype Sneaker Cleaner is safe to use on leather, nylon, canvas, vinyl, rubber and cloth. We advice you to try out on a patch first, to test for colorfastness before using on the whole shoe.

How do I clean my suede and nubuck kicks?
You can clean suede and nubuck with the Shwype Suede Cleaning Kit.

NOTE: When cleaning premium leather, nylon, cotton mesh and other delicate materials take extra care and be gentle. Softer hog bristled brushes are better suited for use on delicate surfaces.

Does the Shwype Sneaker Cleaner contain any harmful dyes? No, our solution does not contain any dyes whatsoever.

Will the Shwype Sneaker Cleaner remove “yellowing” on sneakers? 
No, "Yellowing" is a chemical reaction where plastic or rubber reacts with oxygen and oxidizes. This causes the material to change colors and our cleaner can not reverse that. 

How does Shwype Sneaker Cleaner clean and condition?
Stubborn soils such as oil, grease, dirt, grass stains etc. are easily removed by the emulsification process. Natural oil as a building block of this product provides a conditioning property after each cleaning.

After using Shwype Sneaker Cleaner, how long will it take my sneakers to dry? 

Cleaning with Shwype Sneaker Cleaner requires very little water and this means your shoes need little to no time to dry.

You can purchase our products right here via our shop or select retailers. 

What type of payments do you accept? 
We accept major credit cards Visa, MasterCard and you also have the option to pay on delivery.

Is Shwype a secure site? 
Our site is completely secure and you should have no concerns with safety. All credit card information is transmitted over a secure connection thanks to Paystack.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment, but we are working on this for the near future.

When will I receive my order?
Typically, orders within Lagos are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.  For orders outside Lagos, delivery times vary between 1-5 business days depending on location.  

I never received my order, what should I do?
In rare cases, packages can get lost in the mail. If your package is lost, we will replace it for you at no charge. However, if the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received.
